DESCRIPTION:Jorge Pardo\, flute and saxophone\nMelón Jiménez\, guitar\nBandolero\, percussion \nMy Trio\, always made up of Queens\, Kings\, and Aces of Flamenco/Jazz\, carries with it the knowledge of the very essence of music itself: rhythmic mastery\, the pleasure of improvisation\, knowing how to serve music as a whole\, not only as individuality but as collectivity too\, also involving the audience\, who are not passive observers\, but become\, through this ceremony\, accomplices in whatever happens at each concert… \nSoleares\, Seguiriyas\, Tangos\, Tarantos\, Bulerías\, and the other flamenco palos are treated with respect for their essence and with the strictest knowledge of flamenco roots\, but at the same time with the freedom every artist must take in order to make that message their own\, personal\, original\, and contemporary.\nIn short\, a 100% “Flamenco-jazz” experience\, though not attached to the usual clichés.
