DESCRIPTION:T6\nSALE OF INDIVIDUAL ENTRY: From August 1\, 2025 \n\nNATIONAL YOUTH ORCHESTRA OF VENEZUELA\nThe National Youth Orchestra of Venezuela\, a cornerstone of the National System of Youth and Children’s Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela (El Sistema)\, represents the pinnacle of the country’s young musical talent. Founded in 1975 by maestro José Antonio Abreu\, this initiative seeks to transform the lives of children and youth through collective music practice. \nThe orchestra has been a breeding ground for prominent musicians and conductors\, such as Gustavo Dudamel\, who began his career in El Sistema and is now internationally renowned. The ensemble has participated in international tours\, performing at world-renowned venues and collaborating with prestigious conductors and soloists. \nThe repertoire of the National Youth Orchestra of Venezuela spans from classical works to contemporary compositions\, including pieces by Venezuelan composers\, reflecting its commitment to promoting the country’s musical culture. The orchestra has been recognized for its artistic excellence and social impact\, receiving international awards such as the Prince of Asturias Arts Prize and the UNESCO International Music Prize. \n\nGUSTAVO DUDAMEL. Conductor\nGustavo Dudamel is committed to creating a better world through music. His unwavering belief that art has the power to inspire and transform lives has driven his dedication to education and access for underserved communities\, expanding the impact of classical music to new audiences. His rise from humble beginnings in Venezuela to a career filled with unparalleled artistic and social achievements is a testament to the idea that culture can give meaning to an individual’s life and bring greater harmony to the world. He currently serves as music and artistic director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela\, and in 2026\, he will assume the role of music and artistic director of the New York Philharmonic\, continuing a legacy that includes Mahler\, Toscanini\, and Bernstein. In 2025\, Dudamel will celebrate the 50th anniversary of El Sistema\, honoring the visionary global educational program of José Antonio Abreu and recognizing the vital importance of arts education. \nHe is a genuine cultural phenomenon. He was the youngest conductor to lead the Vienna Philharmonic’s New Year’s Concert. He has performed at global events and collaborated with pop music icons. He conducted the adaptation of West Side Story by Spielberg and the opening and closing credits of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. His extensive discography has earned seven Grammy Awards and nine additional nominations. \nDudamel has been a passionate advocate for music education and social integration through art\, sharing his own transformative experience in Venezuela’s El Sistema as an example of how music can provide purpose and meaning to a young person and help them overcome challenging circumstances. In 2007\, Dudamel and the LA Phil founded YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles). In 2012\, he launched the Dudamel Foundation—co-chaired with his wife\, actress and director María Valverde—with the goal of expanding “access to music and the arts by providing tools and opportunities for young people to shape their creative futures.” The Dudamel Foundation organized its Encuentros initiative worldwide\, from Spain to the Hollywood Bowl\, to explore cultural unity and celebrate harmony\, equality\, dignity\, beauty\, and respect through music.

SUMMARY:JORGE PARDO trío
DESCRIPTION:Jorge Pardo\, flute and saxophone\nMelón Jiménez\, guitar\nBandolero\, percussion \nMy Trio\, always made up of Queens\, Kings\, and Aces of Flamenco/Jazz\, carries with it the knowledge of the very essence of music itself: rhythmic mastery\, the pleasure of improvisation\, knowing how to serve music as a whole\, not only as individuality but as collectivity too\, also involving the audience\, who are not passive observers\, but become\, through this ceremony\, accomplices in whatever happens at each concert… \nSoleares\, Seguiriyas\, Tangos\, Tarantos\, Bulerías\, and the other flamenco palos are treated with respect for their essence and with the strictest knowledge of flamenco roots\, but at the same time with the freedom every artist must take in order to make that message their own\, personal\, original\, and contemporary.\nIn short\, a 100% “Flamenco-jazz” experience\, though not attached to the usual clichés.

SUMMARY:MARCO MEZQUIDA “Táctil”
DESCRIPTION:Marco Mezquida\, piano and compositions\nMartin Meléndez\, cello\nAleix Tobias\, drums and percussion \nPianist Marco Mezquida presents Tàctil (2026) together with his regular trio\, completed by Martín Meléndez (cello) and Aleix Tobias (percussion). After years of shared artistic work\, the group has developed its own language based on deep listening and constant interaction. \nTheir music flows naturally between composition and improvisation\, combining lyricism\, rhythmic drive\, and great timbral richness. In Tàctil\, the trio explores the physical dimension of sound—gesture\, vibration\, contact—as the axis of a proposal that feels intimate and immersive. \nThe result is an intense and organic live performance in which moments of delicacy and expansive energy coexist\, inviting the listener into a deeply sensory musical experience.\nThrough this project\, the trio reaffirms a singular voice within today’s European scene\, where echoes of jazz\, classical music\, and Mediterranean tradition converge\, always in the service of a free and deeply communicative expression.

SUMMARY:DAVID PASTOR All Stars “Legacy of blue”
DESCRIPTION:Feat. Adrian Cunningham \nDavid Pastor\, trumpet\nAdrian Cunningham\, tenor saxophone\nGabriel Amargant\, alto saxophone\nFrancesc Capella\, piano\nTom Warburton\, double bass\nAnton Jarl\, drums \nIn Legacy of Blue\, David Pastor brings together an exceptional All Stars line-up to revisit the sonic universe that changed the history of jazz forever. Inspired by the legacy of Kind of Blue and by the revolutionary vision of Miles Davis and John Coltrane\, the project proposes a journey through the modal elegance\, lyrical depth\, and expressive freedom that defined an unrepeatable era. Together with Adrian Cunningham on tenor saxophone\, Gabriel Amargant on alto saxophone\, Francesc Capella on piano\, Tom Warburton on double bass\, and Anton Jarl on drums\, David Pastor leads a first-rate sextet that expands the imagination of Kind of Blue toward other masterpieces by Miles and Coltrane. From the hypnotic atmosphere of So What to the suspended beauty of Flamenco Sketches\, Legacy of Blue becomes a living celebration of the blue sound: sophistication\, risk\, and emotion in the service of music that continues to set the pulse of contemporary jazz.

SUMMARY:CARLES BENAVENT trío
DESCRIPTION:Carles Benavent\, bass\nRoger Mas\, vocals\nToni Pagès\, drums\, percussion \nThe convergence of these three musicians gives rise to a singular proposal in which song\, jazz\, and Mediterranean roots converse naturally. Carles Benavent\, a key figure in the renewal of bass in flamenco and jazz; Roger Mas\, one of the most distinctive voices in singer-songwriter music; and Toni Pagès\, a drummer of great sensitivity and versatility\, create an intimate sonic space that is at the same time open to exploration. \nThe repertoire moves between original compositions and reinterpretations\, in a stripped-down format that emphasizes expressiveness\, nuance\, and interaction. The voice is integrated as one more instrument within the trio\, while bass and percussion weave an accompaniment rich in texture and pulse. \nThe result is a concert of great poetic depth\, where tradition and modernity meet in a direct\, elegant\, and deeply communicative language.

SUMMARY:NIÑO JOSELE “Paz”
DESCRIPTION:A Tribute to Bill Evans \nNiño Josele\, flamenco guitar\nDani Noel\, double bass\nDaniel García Bruno\, drums\nGuest artist: Raynald Colom\, trumpet \nTwenty years after its release\, Paz returns to the stage as a reinterpretation of Bill Evans’s musical universe through Niño Josele’s perspective. In this project\, flamenco guitar assumes the role of the piano\, translating its harmonic richness into a language of its own. \nConceived as a jazz project rather than a fusion project\, the trio creates an intimate and open sonic space in which improvisation and interaction are essential. The repertoire combines pieces from the original album with new readings\, in a balance between structure and freedom. \nThe result is a delicate and deeply expressive proposal that reveals music’s ability to build bridges between traditions from a personal and contemporary voice. \nMore than a reinterpretation\, Paz functions as a shift in perspective: Evans’s language is not transferred\, but transformed. The guitar does not imitate the piano\, but reimagines it through its own sonic material\, generating a subtle tension between memory and present that defines the character of the concert.

SUMMARY:ZENET “La voz y las manos”
DESCRIPTION:Lila Horovitz\, bass\nAaron Pozo\, saxophone\nRaúl Kiokio\, guitar \nZenet returns to the stage with a concert in which he will present live his new work\, The Voice and the Hands\, his most intimate album since Los mares de China\, centered on the essence of song and the genres that have shaped his life. After a career in which he has shown himself to be a true thief of genres\, suggesting tangos\, hinting at bossas\, flirting with bolero or chanson\, in this new work he fully immerses himself in each of them. He does not merely reference them: he inhabits them. Through bolero\, tango\, bossa nova\, and folk\, a pure and sincere sound resonates with real instruments and voices at the forefront\, in a proposal free of digital artifice. This new album is born from a tribute to José Taboada\, his absent yet ever-present musical companion on this journey\, with stops in memories\, roots\, and handcrafted sound. An album that is not only heard\, but felt. It is not just a concert: it is a sonic journey that embraces the past and brings it into the present\, with Zenet as its protagonist\, laying himself bare and reaching the stage in his fullest expression.

DESCRIPTION:ORQUESTA SINFÓNICA DE DÜSSELDORF\nCoral Infantil Juan Bautista Comes\nOrfeó Universitari de Valencia\nCatriona Morison\, mezzosoprano\nADAM FISCHER\, Conductor \nMahler\, Sinfonía núm.3 \nSALE OF SINGLE TICKETS: From July 30\, 2026. \n\nDÜSSELDORF SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA \nThe orchestra „Düsseldorfer Symphoniker“\, whose activity takes place mainly in the concert hall „Tonhalle“ and at the „Deutsche Oper am Rhein“\, as well as through tours aimed at spreading music and culture\, has helped Düsseldorf acquire the reputation of a renowned cultural city. \nIn the 18th century\, musicians such as Händel and Corelli worked at the “Düsseldorfer Hofkapell“ court until it was dissolved. In 1818\, with the founding of the municipal music association\, an orchestral culture emerged in Düsseldorf that attracted many musicians such as Felix Mendelssohn and Robert Schumann. However\, it was not until 1864 that the orchestra of the city of Düsseldorf was founded as such\, making it one of the oldest orchestras in Germany. \nAs a result\, it became one of the country’s leading and major orchestras\, under the baton of great conductors such as Heinrich Hollreiser\, Euge Szenkar\, Jeean Martinon\, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos\, Henryk Czyz\, Willem van Otterloo\, Bernhard Klee\, David Shallon\, Salvador Mas Conde\, John Fiore and Andrey Boreyko. \nMaestro Adam Fischer has been principal conductor since 2015. \nIn 2011 the orchestra went on a concert tour of Spain\, and in 2012 it took part in the „Beethoven Easter Festival“ in Poland\, as well as in Moscow. \nIn 2014 its musicians made their debut at the Vienna Musikverein and in May 2015 in Tokyo     with       a             tour                of           nine       concerts. \nIn 2017 and 2018 they were invited to Arnhem (Holland) and Moscow\, as well as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. In 2018 and 2019 the orchestra played in Budapest\, followed by a successful five-concert tour of Spain. \nTwo CDs of Mahler symphonies under the direction of Adam Fischer won two recognised awards in 2019. The First Symphony received the „BBC Award“ and the Third the „Opus Klassik“ award. \n\nADAM FISCHER\, Conductor \nHe was born in Budapest\, where he later also studied conducting and composition in Vienna with Hans Swarowsky. He won a joint first prize at the Cantelli Competition in Milan in 1973\, and later held positions at the Graz Opera\, Karlsruhe and Freiburg\, where he was general music director. His association with the Vienna State Opera also began that same year. Between 1987 and 1992\, Fischer was music director of Kassel Opera and in July 1989 he presented and conducted the first Gustav Mahler Festival (of which he is founder and artistic director) in Kassel. For this he created a new orchestra and obtained important support from the German government. This Festival continues to flourish today. He conducts many productions for Zurich Opera\, with international artists such as Thomas Hampson\, Edita Gruberova and Cecilia Bartoli. Recent seasons have included L’anima del filosofo (Haydn)\, Cenerentola\, and Matrimonio segreto (Cimarosa) and a revival of his highly successful Linda di Chamounix\, with Gruberova\, for television. In January 1997 Fischer also took the Hungarian State Symphony to Athens for a complete production of Verdi’s Macbeth. \nFischer has conducted a large number of orchestras internationally\, including the Vienna Philharmonic\, the Orchestre de Paris\, the London Philharmonic\, the Royal Philharmonic\, the Danish Radio Symphony\, the Dresden Philharmonic\, the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich and the Bamberg Symphony. He also collaborates closely with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra. His first Japanese tour was in 1984; since then he has returned regularly. Fischer made his debut with the Boston Symphony and the Chicago Symphony in 1984\, and that year toured the United States with the Hungarian State Symphony Orchestra. In 1987\, Adam Fischer launched the Austro-Hungarian Haydn Festival and Orchestra in Eisenstadt\, Austria; he is currently the orchestra’s music director. The Festival is now established internationally and attracts major orchestras\, ensembles and soloists from all over the world. With the Austro-Hungarian Haydn Orchestra\, he is currently recording the complete Haydn symphonies for Nimbus. Fischer has also recorded for CBS\, EMI\, Hungaroton and Delta. His BBC film of Bartók’s Bluebeard’s Castle with the LPO won the Premio Italia 1989 and the Royal Philharmonic Society and Charles Heidsieck award for BBC Radio/TV/Video.

SUMMARY:Júpiter
DESCRIPTION:MUSIKKOLLEGIUM WINTERTHUR \nPABLO FERRÁNDEZ\, cello\nROBERTO GONZÁLEZ MONJAS\, director \nDubugnon\, “Caprice à l’espagnole” – *Estreno\nElgar\, Concierto para violonchelo\nMozart\, Sinfonía núm.41 “Júpiter” \nSALE OF SINGLE TICKETS: From July 30\, 2026. \n\nMUSIKKOLLEGIUM WINTERTHUR \nThe Musikkollegium Winterthur was founded in 1629 and is therefore one of Europe’s richest musical traditions. Winterthur stands out on the European cultural scene not only for its art collections\, but also for its orchestra\, the Musikkollegium Winterthur\, which has been led by its chief conductor Roberto González-Monjas since the 2021/22 season. \nThe history of the Musikkollegium Winterthur has left its mark: the commitment of the bourgeois families of the 17th century continues today through the association’s numerous members. Especially decisive was the beginning of the 20th century. Patron Werner Reinhart and conductor Hermann Scherchen turned Winterthur into a centre of European musical life. Igor Stravinsky\, Richard Strauss and Anton Webern passed through here\, as did Clara Haskil and Wilhelm Furtwängler. \nThis is a demanding legacy: no other classical symphony orchestra in Switzerland devotes itself as naturally to contemporary musical creation as the Musikkollegium Winterthur. To this are added numerous world premieres\, recently by Richard Dubugnon\, Helena Winkelman\, David Philip Hefti\, Matthias Pintscher\, Andrea Tarrodi and Arash Safaian. Other axes of the repertoire lie in Classicism and early Romanticism. But the agile and versatile orchestra also sheds new light on the great symphony\, for example Brahms\, to whom it devotes a recent recording. It also participates regularly in opera and ballet productions. \nWith more than 40 concerts per season\, a wide range of music outreach offerings and cross-disciplinary formats\, the orchestra maintains a prominent presence. Many artists have contributed to the ensemble’s high quality: chief conductors such as Franz Welser-Möst\, Heinrich Schiff or Thomas Zehetmair; long-standing guest conductors such as Heinz Holliger\, Reinhard Goebel and Michael Sanderling; as well as internationally prestigious soloists among whom Andreas Ottensamer\, Barbara Hannigan\, Sir András Schiff\, Ian Bostridge and Carolin Widmann should be singled out\, all regular guests in Winterthur. \n\nPABLO FERRÁNDEZ. Cello \nWinner of the XV International Tchaikovsky Competition and an exclusive SONY Classical artist\, Pablo Ferrández is one of the most sought-after instrumentalists of his generation. His debut album Reflections (2021) was acclaimed by critics and received the Opus Klassik Award. \nIn 2022 he released his second album\, with Brahms’s Double Concerto alongside Anne-Sophie Mutter\, the Czech Philharmonic and Manfred Honeck\, in addition to Clara Schumann’s Piano Trio with Mutter and Lambert Orkis. Moonlight Variations (May 2025)\, which includes Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations\, is his latest release with SONY Classical\, together with the Swedish Chamber Orchestra\, Martin Fröst and Julien Quentin\, with excellent reviews and great success on streaming platforms. \nIn recent seasons he has appeared with orchestras such as the Boston\, San Francisco and Pittsburgh symphonies\, the Cleveland Orchestra\, the Los Angeles Philharmonic; La Scala Philharmonic; Santa Cecilia; the RAI; Tonhalle Zurich; Suisse Romande; Bavarian Radio Symphony; Bamberger Symphoniker; Münchner Philharmoniker; HR Frankfurt; Konzerthaus Berlin; NDR Elbphilharmonie and Radiophilharmonie; Rotterdam; Royal Philharmonic; National of Belgium; National of France; Oslo; Macao; Taipei and Seoul. He has also toured with the London Philharmonic\, Academy of St Martin in the Fields\, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic\, WDR\, Antwerp and the Czech Philharmonic. \nHe is a regular guest at festivals such as Verbier\, Salzburg\, Dresden\, Rheingau\, Sion\, Aix-en-Provence\, Tsinandali\, Tongyeong\, Abu Dhabi and Dvořák Prague. The 25/26 season included debuts with the National Symphony Orchestra\, the symphonies of Toronto\, Utah\, Radio Finland\, SWR\, NCPA and the Tsinandali Festival Orchestra\, and returns to Boston\, Pittsburgh\, Vienna\, Antwerp\, Festival Strings Lucerne\, Barcelona\, Tenerife\, Gran Canaria\, the Valencian Community and the RAI. He was artist in residence in Monte-Carlo and Castile and León. The season also included a trio tour with Anne-Sophie Mutter and Yefim Bronfman and European tours with the EU Youth Orchestra and the National Orchestra of Spain. \nHe plays the “Archinto” Stradivarius (1689)\, loaned for life by a member of the Stretton Society. \n\nROBERTO GONZÁLEZ-MONJAS. Conductor \nHighly sought after both as a conductor and as a violinist\, Roberto González-Monjas has rapidly consolidated his place on the international scene. Recognised as a natural musical leader\, he stands out for his solid artistic vision\, charisma\, inexhaustible energy and keen musical intelligence. He is chief conductor of the Musikkollegium Winterthur (since August 2021)\, music director of the Galicia Symphony Orchestra (since August 2023)\, chief conductor of the Mozarteum Orchester Salzburg (since September 2024) and artistic director of Iberacademy in Colombia. In addition\, he was principal guest conductor of the National Orchestra of Belgium between 2022 and 2025\, and was appointed honorary conductor of Sweden’s Dalasinfoniettan after serving as its chief and artistic director between 2019 and 2023. \nHighlights of the 2025/26 season include new productions of Mozart’s The Magic Flute at the Salzburg Mozartwoche and Così fan tutte at Zurich Opera\, as well as the world premiere of Edmund Finnis’s Cello Concerto with Sheku Kanneh-Mason and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra. The season also includes a UK tour with the Galicia Symphony Orchestra\, an Asian tour with the Mozarteum Orchester and guest conducting debuts with the National Orchestra of Spain and the Bamberger Symphoniker. In the 2025/26 season he debuted with Hong Kong\, the Los Angeles Philharmonic\, the Orchestre de Paris and the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra. He collaborates again with the Oslo Philharmonic\, Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse\, Swedish Radio Symphony\, Netherlands Philharmonic and makes his debut with the Sinfonica de São Paulo. \nHe regularly collaborates with distinguished soloists such as Joyce DiDonato\, Ian Bostridge\, Yuja Wang\, Hilary Hahn Andreas Ottensamer\, Lisa Batiashvili\, Fazıl Say\, Reinhard Goebel\, Thomas Quasthoff\, András Schiff\, Jan Lisiecki\, Yeol Eum Son\, and Kit Armstrong. Together with conductor Alejandro Posada\, he founded Iberacademy in Colombia\, a project dedicated to developing a sustainable model of music education in Latin America\, with special attention to young talents and vulnerable communities.

Violin \n“To describe Kristīne Balanas one must search deep in the chest of adjectives. Street musician\, rock singer and violinist of impressive technical mastery: her playing is dramatic\, passionate\, at times unbridled\, but always controlled. An artist before whom one must bow.” (Tiroler Tageszeitung\, 25 January 2026\, Wolfgang Otter) \nMuch in demand for her “wild\, bold and dramatic playing” (The Strad)\, Kristīne’s astonishing transformation—from being a street musician and rock singer in Latvia to becoming an internationally acclaimed classical music soloist—is without precedent. \nAlthough she came from a family with no musical background\, Kristīne\, like her siblings Margarita and Roberts\, devoted her entire life to music and made her way as a professional soloist of international renown. The contrast between the freedom to create and perform in unconventional settings and the disciplined atmosphere of Europe’s leading music academies profoundly shaped her artistic identity. Kristīne graduated with honours from the Royal Academy of Music\, where she studied with György Pauk\, and continued her training at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler with Kolja Blacher. \nKristīne Balanas collaborates with international orchestras\, including the BBC Concert Orchestra\, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra\, the WDR Symphony Orchestra\, the Chamber Orchestra of Paris (directing from the violin)\, the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra\, the Latvian National Orchestra\, the George Enescu Philharmonic and the National Symphony Orchestra of Taiwan\, among others. DESCRIPTION:ORQUESTA FILARMÓNICA NACIONAL DE HUNGRÍA\nDEZSŐ RÁNKI\, piano\nMARTIN RAJNA\, Conductor \nBeethoven\, Concierto para piano núm.5 “Emperador”\nBartók\, Concierto para orquesta \nSALE OF SINGLE TICKETS: From July 30\, 2026. \n\nHUNGARIAN NATIONAL PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA \nThe Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra\, one of the country’s leading symphony orchestras\, celebrated its centenary in the spring of 2023. \nAfter the tenures of János Ferencsik and Ken-Ichiro Kobayashi\, a new chapter in its history began in 1997 with the appointment of Zoltán Kocsis as music director. During the next two decades\, the ensemble performed not only the great classics but also works previously absent from its repertoire. With versatility\, it brought recent Hungarian music closer to its audience\, through chamber concerts\, activities for young people and projects that sought to fill historical gaps. In that context\, it performed infrequently heard works by Richard Strauss\, Debussy\, Schoenberg\, Ravel and Rachmaninov. Bartók’s music occupies a prominent place in its repertoire\, with performances recorded in the Bartók New CD Series. Its subscription concerts feature renowned soloists and guest conductors\, as well as young Hungarian musicians. \nThe orchestra has preserved the sensitivity with which its members listen to and work with one another. Each musician can shine individually\, but all share responsibility for the ensemble and the goal of achieving the highest level of quality in every performance\, an ambition that goes beyond technical perfection. \nAfter the death of Zoltán Kocsis\, Zsolt Hamar\, winner of the Liszt Prize and who had already worked with the orchestra as first chief conductor\, assumed the post of music director from March 2017 to August 2020. Since autumn 2022\, coinciding with the 100th anniversary season\, György Vashegyi has held the post of music director. \nIn recent decades\, the orchestra has given more than 350 concerts abroad and toured around 40 countries. It has appeared in venues and festivals such as New York’s Avery Fisher Hall\, Tokyo’s Suntory Hall\, Birmingham Symphony Hall\, Frankfurt’s Alte Oper\, the Enescu Festival in Bucharest\, the Colmar Festival\, the Canary Islands Festival and the Beethoven Festival in Bogotá. The HNPO has toured Colombia\, Turkey\, South Korea\, China and Switzerland\, and regularly visits France\, Japan\, Germany\, Romania\, Spain\, Slovakia and Slovenia. In January 2023 it returned to Japan for another tour under the baton of Ken-Ichiro Kobayashi. \n\nDEZSÖ RÁNKI. Piano \nDezsö Ranki is regarded as one of the finest Hungarian pianists. For his interpretation of Chopin’s Études op. 10 he received the «Grand Prix du Disque». Bartók’s Mikrokosmos for Teldec was also highly successful. \nHe regularly performs on two pianos and in four-hand recitals with Edit Klukon. His latest released CDs include works by Satie and Liszt\, and two piano pieces by Barnabás Dukay. His latest project includes the performance of the complete symphonic poems of Franz Liszt\, which they present in several concerts. \nDezsö Ranki has received numerous prizes throughout his career\, including the Liszt\, Kossuth and Bartók-Pásztory awards. \n\nMARTIN RAJNA. Conductor \nMartin Rajna has become one of the most outstanding young Hungarian conductors of recent years. At the age of 29\, and already with an outstanding résumé\, he was appointed at the beginning of this year as the new Music Director of the Luxembourg Philharmonic\, with a four-year contract starting in September 2026. \nIn the current 2024/25 season\, Rajna continues to chalk up several significant European debuts: besides Luxembourg\, he has stepped onto the podium of the London Philharmonic Orchestra\, the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra of Teatro La Fenice. In July 2025 he will conduct at the Tyrol Festival in Erl (Austria) a new production of Bartók’s Bluebeard’s Castle and Poulenc’s La Voix humaine\, both directed by Claus Guth. \nAt the Hungarian State Opera in Budapest\, which has engaged him since 2021 and appointed him principal conductor in 2023\, he has recently been on the podium for Der fliegende Holländer\, Macbeth\, Die Fledermaus and Maria Stuarda. He also continues to conduct concerts with the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra and the Győr Philharmonic Orchestra. \nRajna’s previous awards include a scholarship in 2022 to participate in the German Music Council’s Forum Dirgieren programme and he was also selected for the Conducting Fellowship of the Lucerne Festival Academy\, where his mentor was Thomas Adés. In 2021 he was selected to participate in the mentoring programme of the Peter Eötvös Foundation for Contemporary Music\, where he worked with masters such as Péter Eötvös\, György Kurtág\, Fabián Panisello and Magnus Lindberg.
